Esther Moreno is a nationally recognized speaker, author, and trainer passionate about equipping those who serve the next generation. As the founder of Child’s Heart LLC, a training and consulting organization dedicated to helping churches strengthen their ministry to children and families, she travels across the country—both in-person and virtually—empowering Children’s Ministry leaders and volunteers to serve with excellence, creativity, and heart. With over two decades of experience in ministry, Esther has written seven influential leadership books, including her latest, Why Children’s Ministry. Through her digital platform, Esther On Demand, and her ministry network, Children’s Ministry Moving Forward, she continues to empower volunteers across the country to lead with purpose, passion, and a heart aligned with Christ. She and her husband, Guy, serve faithfully at their local church, where they joyfully pour into children and families each week with their two children Grace and Gideon. Together, they are committed to raising up the next generation of Kingdom leaders—one child, one volunteer, and one heart at a time.
